To create a new and proper glass first it needs to be cut out from glass panel. Our staff has a huge experience in this area, as they prepare hundreds of pieces for a week. Each piece is made with a big precision. If the glass has a montage holes, a special machinery is cutting them out according to the technical drawing. Next step is to polish the edges, to make them smooth and safe.
After the material is processed it is subjected to modern horizontal glass tempering method, which leaves no traces of heat treatment. Hardening is made in order to heat glass sheets to a temperature of about 700 Celsius degrees and cooling it with cold air. As a result of this process, tension arise in glass structure, which significantly increases the strength of glass to impact. An additional advantage of tempering is to get through the glass safety features, as in the case of breaking, glass breaks into small pieces with blunt edges.
When the hardening is over, the whole batch is cleaned and packed in protective foil and foam on the edges.
